Value Driven World

We live in a 'Value' driven world.  We make choices and decisions each day based on what we value most.

What is it that you value most?  How is your life shaped on a daily basis by what you value?

Every dollar that is spent, invested, and earned in our world is done so, because of what one 'Values' at that moment.  As a result, vast empires are built by offering products and services that add value to our lives.  How does 'Value' determine our worth in the marketplace and in our life's pursuits?  In the marketplace, we earn a portion of the fees that change hands through the exchange of products and services.  Our stability relies on this cycle.  -And we are compensated in direct proportion to the amount of value that we bring to our company and its consumers.   I once had a great mentor that said to me, "Craig, we will be compensated in life by the 'Value' of the solutions that we offer others."

So how do we become more valuable?  Asking yourself this question is the beginning of our journey to create more 'Value' to others.  Once we embark on this journey we can develop an understanding of how one assign's 'Values' from people to products and services, and to each discipline in our life.

Furthermore, what we place 'Value' in is what directs our path in life. Let me explain. What we 'Value' is what we put our time and energy into, which motivates us to increase our knowledge, our skill-sets, and our self esteem in those areas of our life.  As a result, we gain confidence, which ultimately leads us to success.

In closing, our first step is to figure out what we 'Value' most.  So, let's sit down, grab a pen and paper, and start writing everything that comes to mind right now.  Next, let's go through our notes and assimilate the information in an organized format that allows us to assign 'Value'.  Then, assign a 'Value' of: Low, Medium, or High next to each item.  Next, let's examine what we 'Value', plus define what we think our clients and consumers 'Value'.  Based on our comparison, revisit your 'Values' to see if there are any changes we should make.  Now, let's formulate a game plan and start our journey down the pathway creating more 'Value' to others, and in turn becoming a more valuable ME.

Cheers to new pathways and successes on our journey of creating more 'VALUE' in our 'Value Driven World.'

Best, Craig
